Filing a Claim of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice that includes the following information:
1.A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2.Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3.Identification of the material that is alleged to be infringing, along with details sufficient for us to locate it on our platform.
4.Contact information, including an email address, phone number, or mailing address.
5.A statement confirming your good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6.A statement confirming that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Take-Down Process
Upon receiving a valid notice, PZBUY will take the following steps:
1.Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
2.Notify the user responsible for the material that it has been removed or disabled.
3.Provide the user with a copy of your notification and details about the removal.
If your notice does not fully comply with the legal requirements, PZBUY will assist in helping you meet the necessary standards.
DMCA Counter Notification
If you believe that your material was wrongly removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notification. This should include:
1.Your physical or electronic signature.
2.Identification of the material that has been removed and where it was originally located.
3.A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4.Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
5.A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant court and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, PZBUY will:
1.Send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complainant.
2.Restore the removed material within 10-14 business days, unless the original complainant provides proof that they have initiated legal action against the user.
Policy on Repeat Infringers
PZBUY strictly enforces a policy of terminating accounts that are found to be repeatedly infringing on intellectual property rights. We also reserve the right to block users from posting content that violates intellectual property laws.
