Customers who purchase products from PZBUY.COM can apply for a refund in the following situations:

2. Duplicate payment: The customer has made multiple payments for an order. For this situation, we will refund the order requested by the customer. (Provided that the duplicate payment order has not yet started.)
3.Sometimes we need clients to assist in verifying payment information. Assuming the customer refuses or fails to complete. Customers can apply for a refund.
We are unable to refund customers in the following situations:
1. Completed delivered: The product has been delivered to the customer as agreed and is consistent with the description.
2. Unpaid orders: Customers are not allowed to apply for refunds for unpaid orders.
3.Orders that have already started delivery
