With PZBUY’s Trade Assurance, you can make your purchases confidently, knowing that your transactions are protected. Our Trade Assurance ensures that PZBUY fulfill your orders exactly as described, giving you peace of mind every time you shop.
1. Trade Assurance protects buyers in the following cases:
•A. The buyer did not receive the ordered item.
•B. The item received is not as described.
2. Trade Assurance does not cover the following situations:
•A. The buyer has already confirmed receipt of the order.
•B. The buyer experiences regret after placing the order.
•C. Transactions conducted outside of the PZBUY platform.
•D. Any changes to the account or its contents made by the game publisher or developer after the transaction has been completed.
3. Fraudulent Claims:
PZBUY takes fraudulent claims seriously. Any buyer who makes a false claim may face legal action, and their account could be suspended.
4. Claim Window:
If the buyer does not report any issues within 72 hours after the PZBUY has shipped the item, the buyer is assumed to have accepted the item or service. Once the order is marked as received and completed, refunds are not available.
5. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, the buyer must respond to PZBUY’s request and provide any relevant evidence within 72 hours. Failure to respond within this time will be taken as confirmation that the issue has been resolved, and PZBUY will close the dispute.
6. Payment Disputes:
Trade Assurance does not cover payment disputes or chargebacks. If such disputes arise, PZBUY will stop its investigation, and no further refund requests will be accepted.
7. Product Warranty:
Trade Assurance is not a product warranty. Instead, it provides a clear set of rules that both buyers and sellers must follow to ensure fair transactions.
Transaction Limits for Buyers:
PZBUY users must adhere to transaction limits based on their account registration date and purchase history to avoid restrictions on their accounts.
For new users (accounts registered within 6 months):
1.Daily transactions are capped at $700 USD or equivalent.
2.A single transaction cannot exceed $500 USD or equivalent.
3.If a new user exceeds $2000 USD in purchases within a single month, their account may be restricted.
4.New users are limited to 3 transactions per day, with a total cap of $1000 USD per day.
For old users (accounts registered over 6 months):
1.Daily transactions are capped at $2000 USD or equivalent.
2.A single transaction cannot exceed $2000 USD or equivalent.
3.If an old user exceeds $5000 USD in purchases within a single month, their account may be restricted.
4.Old users are limited to 5 transactions per day, with a total cap of $2000 USD per day.
5.Accounts registered for over 6 months but without recent transactions are considered new users.
PZBUY reserves the right to impose further transaction limits based on user activity.
